Adult Supervision. Lessee agrees to provide adult supervision at all times while the equipment is in use. Lessor is not responsible for providing supervision or monitoring the equipment during the rental period.

Placement of Equipment. Lessee agrees to place the equipment on a flat and clean surface, and not in mud or during rainy weather. Some bounce houses reach 15' tall and cannot be placed under trees or power lines. Lessor reserves the right to refuse setup if the placement is not suitable or safe.

Delivery and Pickup. Lessor will deliver and pick up the equipment at the agreed-upon times, and no later than 8pm on the date of the event.
